LET'S STOP THE LIES & DISHONESTY SINCE CYRKIN WON'T
There are website's that expose corruption and educate the hobby. One of these website's is www.autographalert.com. It is considered by many as the highest read autograph related website in the world. One thing that is unique about this site is that it seems to back up the stories it reports with photographic proof, emails, and documentation. I have also learned it has disclaimers stating any story that does not contain accurate information in it will be corrected if notified. I am told nobody has contacted the site stating any of the stories contain inaccurate information in them. I am not familiar with every story but those I am familiar with appear to be spot on and those I have talked with all agree the stories are true, some just don't like some of the wording, but according to everyone I have talked with the facts are still facts.
Now, recently another site has been created. It is a site created by Steve Cyrkin just after his magazine went belly up. It's a blog site where people can pretend to be plants, wildlife, or even famous people and say whatever they want, about whoever they want, with many not identifying who they are. Five times one blogger with initials has been asked to identify themselves but they still hide. Even Steve Cyrkin admits some of the people who post messages are using fake names. Now if a person speaks out against a third party authentication (Cyrkin is co-founder of the parent company of one) or one of their people's names listed on these letters of opinion it can be and usually is instantly taken down. But if one of these third party individuals speaks out against anything, lies or not, it will stay up. This form of censorship is legal. Being deceitful is not against the law in this case........or is it?
Many attribute the failure of Steve Cyrkin's magazine to his decision to go political. Others say it's because of something else. This isn't my issue but seeing his blog site for even a few moments any intelligent reader or someone who is familiar with the hobby can see it becomes crystal clear it's a crock of crap! I would like to point out a few interesting things so the average person, should they stumble, trip or fall and end up on this barely read site, they should know the following;
1) CALIFORNIA PASSES SB 1411 INTO LAW

The State of California passed into law beginning January 1st 2011. The law is SB 1411 and states that nobody can go online and impersonate someone else in an attempt to harm other individuals. Website owners must be extremely careful in insuring that their members are legitimate people. If a website allows fake people, using fake information, alias's etc to post erroneous information on others in an attempt to harm competitors or others if found guilty can be punishable up to a $1,000.00 fine and one year in prison. Is Cyrkin guilty of this? You bet he is as is DB, Chris, No Name, Mike Miller and many others who are found nowhere, not in clubs, not registered members of auction sites. They just appear from nowhere with fake photographs, no last names and when asked, they won't reveal their true identity! Interesting as well is the fact that Steve Cyrkin operates in California, where the law was passed and has since become law.
In an email from Cyrkin to Todd Mueller, Todd accuses Steve Cyrkin's blog of having fake people hiding behind alias's and slandering others. Steve responds; "Todd, I am certain that is going on." So he admits it!
I won't name the site that this illegal activity is happening on so others don't find themselves breaking the law. It's okay according to this law to be yourself and lie, such as Brandon Mysinger is doing but it's not okay to hide behind a fake name, not answer who you are when asked by your accuser etc. Many are guilty of this and the biggest culprit appears to be a guy by the initials of DB who Cyrkin allows to lie about others who don't agree with the nonsense he owns stock in.
HOW FUNNY IS THIS?
One company posted a blog on this site titled; "[company name] predicts the future of autograph authentication is a third-party world" This silly story blew up. Over 75 pages were full of angry and intelligent blogger's using example after example of fake material authenticated as real by these companies. The only clowns in support either owned stock in the company or sat on board as authenticators. Huge conflict of interest!!!!
Just look at the handful of names that stick together. ENOUGH SAID! This was a disaster from start to finish with most educated victims refusing to comment for fear that they would be kicked off this barely read site. Most have since left the site deleting their professional educated comments on their way out.
Those in favor of third party posting completely false information include; John Reznikoff, Steve Cyrkin, a non named person whose profile picture was of a plant, DB who refused to explain who he/she really was, a Mike Miller who has a beef but keeps changing what it is and that's pretty much it. Those against this crazy blog was virtually everyone else on the site, somewhere between 8-9 people. What a joke for it's doomed to fail because fraud, lies and fake identities rule this blog site and will forever rule it as legitimate parties are removed to cover the truth until it is brought down by the government or lawsuits, which in my opinion WILL HAPPEN.
So then we have a funny thing happen soon after where another similar situation exists. A person named Chris (no last name), He signs up the day I posted my story about all the corruption in this hobby. Immediately after signing up he becomes friends with Steve Cyrkin, the owner of the site. Something is fishy here!!!! Than he immediately posts the question;
"Todd Mueller, Thoughts on this dealer. Hear mixed things. Thanks." This folks is a fake blog posted by a plant. Chris doesn't exists. He doesn't give his last name, he uses a profile picture of what appears to be a happy family but wait a second, there is a company logo on the photo. The company logo is a corporate advertisement for the retail firm; "Binns." Last year Betty White went to this department store and did a signing of ornaments and this photo appears to be the companies advertisement. And what in the world is up with him signing up and immediately becoming friends with the sites owner? Did the site owner sign him up? How would Cyrkin know who he was with the fake photo, no last name etc? Or worse?
So this photo that reeks with fraud, with a name of "Chris" attached to it asks this question. Interesting, for everyone knows Todd Mueller has been in business for decades and his reputation is one of the best in the business. So why hide, use a corporate ad as your picture and plant such a ridiculous question on such a ridiculous site immediately after becoming friends with the owner of the site? Because it never happened! Because this is someone in Cyrkin's mob trying to create the illusion that something is wrong with us by being deceitful, in my opinion, to his bloggers. Don't be fooled! Cyrkin, for some time is behind dividing our wonderful hobby. He has done more to create division in this wonderful hobby than any other person I am aware of. His failed business and magazine are the result of his actions.
What follows is 4 legit experienced collectors of 40-50 years each praising Todd Mueller. And only 3 clowns suggest otherwise. One is John Reznikoff himself who can be found on www.autographalert.com, unfavorable stories in the New York Times and found two autograph organizations who want nothing to do with him. Another one is DB who refuses to tell anyone who he/she really is although some think this person is John Reznikoff using a fictitious name, others think he/she is an attorney friend of Reznikoff with the same initials but nobody knows for sure who this coward truly is. Of course, Cyrkin knows but could care less. Than the third is the weird Brandon Mysinger. We will get more into him later as this guy is something not to be believed. Steve Cyrkin stated many things Brandon Mysinger has authenticated are really bad not that this really counts but it is important that this group disagree's often among themselves as to who they should attack next.
So let's discuss some of these illegal characters posing as others on Cyrkins site. Cyrkin is aware of these names and allows the negative comments backed by nothing. They are puppets, competitors, envious, jealous and hellbent on harming those who don't support the scams financially. It certainly appears they are simply against anyone who is trying to do something positive for this hobby.
DB- WHO IS THIS PERSON? WHO REALLY CARES?
DB was asked on numerous occasions by myself who his true identity was. He stated; "Just call me DB," When asked again he refrained from telling. When asked a third time he avoided the question again. Everyone has a right to know who their accuser is. But for whatever reason DB does not want to be known. By his own admission he is a nobody, a coward but why state such false, libelous and slanderous lies about others? Could he be someone else? Of course he is, that is why he uses initials so nobody knows who he/she is. The only thing we know for sure is DB is a supporter of people spending their hard earned money on buying opinions backed by nothing. But he/she is also hoping there are enough stupid readers out there who don't care who the source is and will believe what he writes, the nonsense, the lies and hope just some of it sticks. This is a huge violation of the laws in California and the rights of the victims. This could by itself bring this entire blog down and put at least two individuals in prison for up to a year. Much of what we have we are not able to divulge because our lawyers want it to remain private for now.
This guy/girl is a pawn or plant by someone with a true agenda of hoping more victims will use third party nonsense. Even in his profile pictures it shows what appears to be an overweight beer guzzler hiding behind a black pair of shades and a fake mustache. Does anyone know who DB is? Does anyone care? I am certain the only person that cares right now is the District Attorney in the state of California. I typically don't respond to nuts, lowlifes, nobodies because it gives them a reason to keep going nuts. But this is exactly the type Steve Cyrkin attracts. There is a saying even a broken clock is right twice a day. Well, not with DB! I just wanted to address this fictitious character once. I will only mention his name again in court. So if you read anything from a DB realize credibility only is credible if the source is credible. DB is NO SOURCE, NO TRUE PERSON, NOT CREDIBLE and won't even tell you who they are! This stinks badly of a false imposter and should be ignored by readers but will not be ignored by law enforcement! Since he was questioned on more than one instant and refused to answer he should be kicked off the site but since Cyrkin doesn't care about SB 1411 nor the crap his site spreads it will certainly fail or be brought down! This division within the hobby, the imposters, the lies, the false innuendos wouldn't exist if Cyrkin didn't allow it and promote it. Cyrkin states to not bash people but he allows anyone to bash anyone not associated with 3rd party authentication, the companies he owns stock in.............NO WONDER his business went defunct followed by his magazine!!! It certainly appears whatever in this hobby is attached to Cyrkin, it's doomed to fail.
One other funny thing about DB. Everyone knows of my relationship with Bettie Page over the past 20 years. Her family and I are very close and I am involved in the upcoming documentary on her life. DB insinuates when he mentioned my name to Curtis Management that my name bothered them from the past. What is DB trying to say here? It doesn't sound good! Yet the truth to this matter this coward doesn't know is I was the families spokesperson who announced to the world when Bettie went into a coma to the associated Press. It's all over the internet. Before I ever encouraged Bettie to sign with Curtis Management we had completed 4 signing's with her, thanks to Jack Page her brother who kindly assisted in this matter. Finally, the amount of calls I got regarding movie deals, book deals all presented to Bettie through me were too much so I suggested to Jack that they hire an agent. I was behind Curtis getting Bettie as a client. Curtis was very appreciative and thankful for this. The truth is known by those that count. DB, a coward who admits he is a nobody yet he tries to jump into this 20 plus year relationship with zero knowledge, zero information and act like he/she can add something credible to this very lengthy relationship. Complete garbage by him. Than Brandon insinuating I got Bettie from Autograph Magazine. How retarded can these people be? I obtained the interview from Bettie Page for Autograph Magazine, it was me who did this for them, not vice versa. See illustration below. These clowns just make up lies, slander and continue to deceive. This is why this site is being turned in as it breaks the laws in California with all this deceit. What do all have in common??? Third party authentication, they all support it and are on board- well accept maybe DB because again, by his own admission he doesn't want us to know who he is. Folks, this is fraud at a high level!

MIKE MILLER- WHO IS THIS PLANT ON CYRKINS SITE?
Mike Miller, Oh boy can they create fake alias's or what on Cyrkin's
site! Mike Miller is another implant. A ficticous non-existent
person made up by the mob and associations of Cyrkin to make up false
libelous statements against me. He makes the following false
statement;
"I bought from Mueller for several years, back when he was on eBay. Got a lot good stuff from him, several thousand$$ worth. However, also noticed a certain percentage of his inventory was secretarial and/or just obvious bad material. The facts are; - I have never heard of Mike Miller. - If he bought lots of good stuff from us as he claims, what are his real issues? - he notices a percentage of our inventory is secretarial? Which percentage, why not back this up with examples, a percentage or fact? Because he can't! - "..or just obviously bad." Again, more loose terms of nothing, backed by nothing, proving nothing. Sounds to me like this plant is a third party authenticator. - Mike Miller than goes on to proclaim that a Ruth item we offer is fake. What he doesn't know will soon prove he is a foolish plant and probably why he is a third party authenticator based on this one false, foolish move by him. We will discuss more and educate him further at a future date.
BRANDON MYSINGER-
This character is weird and frightening. He knows one thing but speaks another. The only thing Brandon clearly knows is NOTHING about the authenticity of the many items we have seen authenticated by him. Unlike fake names on fake blogs that insinuate lies we will back this up. Notice the links and illustrations below. These are items Brandon has authenticated. They all have one thing in common, they are all not authentic according to several experts who checked them out. Nowhere have I ever seen a dealer or authenticator get a ratio of 0% correct. Brandon is the first to accomplish this. In fact, if anyone can find one authentic autograph he has authenticated, please let us know as we would like to see it.
Brandon specializes in his self proclaimed expertise as a NASCAR authenticator. This sport has since passed the sports of curling and bowling. I'm sorry but this is one of a few sports I could never understand watching cars go in circles for hours. I know it has a following but does it really need a self proclaimed expert in the field when most every auction house, including my own doesn't offer Nascar signatures? Brandon seems to have found an appropriate field to name himself "Expert" in, a field that hardly any legitimate dealer even deals in. Even Steve Cyrkin has criticized Brandon and the items he sells and authenticates. Brandon appears to talk a big game, but knows zip about the things he speaks or authenticates on. He has proven to be a very hateful person. I can't find a single person in this industry who knows where this guy came from. Seems like someone took some autograph fairy dust, added water and here's Brandon Mysinger. He joined Global Authentication and trashes those he works with or are more successful and knowledgeable than himself, which appears to be everyone. Evidently this coo-coo thinks the quick way to success is trash your competitors. Everyone we have talked to has stated he is a joke that knows nothing about authentication.
One of Brandon's blunders is to insinuate we were kicked off ebay. This is just retarded of him to state this for even he knows its not true, and our ebay profile tmuellera is still active and on ebay, which wouldn't be the case if someone is removed. But Mysinger would prefer to throw stones at the hobby with negative comments and attack those he is jealous of. We walked away from ebay and rose above it by selling material on our own site instead of on ebay. A massive following of supporters and knowledgeable collectors and notable dealers came with us. Brandon knows this but cannot contain his craziness from lying. Let's look at this Brandon Mysinger, a guy who pretends to know how to authenticate. This is one fellow who can be labeled a wannabe autograph authenticator. Below are links to a bunch of fake autographs, all authenticated by Brandon. One is actually incredible. I know of no blunder more embarrassing than this one. He actually authenticated a signed photograph of Roger Moore as authentic. What Brandon doesn't see is on the photo of Roger Moore is a forged signature of Van Williams. What did Brandon use as a Roger Moore exemplar? A signed photo of Harry The Butterfly? You just can't make this stuff up. A fake Van Williams signature on a photo of Roger Moore and according to Brandon Mysinger, due to his background in watching cars drive in circles Roger Moore signed it.
I will not engage a person who admits he is a coward and a nobody, a nothing, an insignificant blogger who can trash those he is jealous and envious of without sharing his simple name nor a guy who deals in Nascar and authenticates Roger Moore signed photos that contain forgeries of Van Williams on them. Brandon Mysinger is not mentioned anywhere in the new magazine nor does he have an advertisement. I am told; "He won't have anything in it because this is an educational magazine. He has nothing positive to add to the hobby!" Mysinger further makes ridiculous comments about the photos of me signing autographs at a 3AAA stadium at the Legends game I pitched in for years that are on my website. He claims I am afraid to go out into public due to people who will ask for my autograph. I don't even know how to respond to such a crazy statement by him. It's ludicrous. Those that know me know this is foolish nonsense by Brandon. All I do is sell autographs and it is a profession I love and am blessed to be a part of. I look at it as an honor to be able to do something I truly enjoy and love. Am I suppose to turn away kids who have asked for my signature? It is a very humbling experience, one I am positive he has never lived. For him to make it appear the way he does is just shameful. I only hope he can learn from this and mature as a human being so some may come to trust him.
This is really sad and people like Brandon make me embarassed to be a part of the same industry he is in. I am just glad I don't deal in Nascar so our paths don't cross. What site can you find Brandon having a voice on and who has he associated himself with? Cyrkins and third party authenticators of course, ENOUGH SAID! No more on this nonsense.
RESPONSE TO JOHN REZIKOFF ALI QUESTION
Not long ago, John Reznikoff posted a question with malicious intent in my opinion. He stated on the blog, illustrating a Muhammad Ali photograph we offered; ""Any opinions of authenticity on this one. A friend of mine wants to buy." Does anyone believe John is being sincere with his question? Soon afterwards someone illustrated the same image with a similar Ali signature along with a COA from PSA/DNA in response. Of course Steve Cyrkin removed the PSA/DNA COA because it proved PSA/DNA liked the authenticity of the item squashing John's plans to make us look bad. This was to cover up the facts and hide the truth by Cyrkin removing further evidence to the question. So once the facts come out they are deleted and John follows it up with the following statement; "I am curious what peoples opinions are on these. I have emailed both to PSA and JSA and both say that it would fail." This proves the first question was a plant in order to set up his following statement. Well, this sort of backfired because what John didn't know is these photos only came into the market after both PSA & JSA passed them. We have dozens of examples of these same photos authenticated by these companies and they know it. Furthermore, if you notice the COA's by these companies you will see John Reznikoff's printed signature on them implying he also was on board authenticating the very items he is now questioning. This kind of malicious intent to harm a competitor just blew up in his face. See illustration
Now if we want to play this game, I could do it in return. I could illustrate 100% fake material on John Reznikoff's site because not only can I prove it, I know the name of the forger and he is asking a heck of a lot more for this material he is offering than I was for the Ali PSA/DNA'd. But I will not go there for it makes me no different in doing what they are doing unless I must at a future date in time. I also will add John is still a recent bidder and winner in my auctions so this is really silly for him to do this for it again doesn't speak well of his intentions here.
Folks, I hate doing this, exposing the truth. I just find it very enlightening to now realize why the former magazine died. When you use your magazine as an attack blog site to harm credible experts simply because they don't agree in your belief that they should subscribe to the mafia theories of paying third party companies to protect oneself, against third party. I don't have to pay them to be reputable in their eyes. Nothing states I must. It's a crock and I want no part of it as the turn around time, cost, lack of any guarantee, mistakes etc just make it a ridiculous theory to subscribe into. My hundreds of thousands of dedicated and knowledgeable customers have spoken out loudly and clearly where they put their trust and for this I am very appreciative.
From now on we will write about some major exciting things we are involved in. Coming up shortly are things we will bring to the market that nobody has ever seen. Some truly amazing things that will make the jealous nobody's even more envious of our success. We only set the record straight here, again so you are informed and don't buy into the nonsense that hidden law breaking bloggers should have their voice heard even though they cannot prove nor back up anything they claim to be true, which is becoming a pattern. I may have to expose other frauds, lies and scandals but I hope not. A reputation is earned, not stolen and that's why major autograph auction houses keep asking us for consignments. Leaders in the hobby bid with us, and are selling to us. Others claim they did the things we actually did. This is insane folks and again, who are they associated with?
Keep one thought in mind, educational sights like www.autographalert.com back their stories with facts, catalog number, item number and illustrate the item. The stories posted on that site speaks for itself. Others who are exposed say the site is full of lies but can not tell you or point to a lie. They simply say empty words. I am sorry to my hundreds of thousands of dedicated, knowledgeable customers that I chose to respond to such idiocy. This nonsense can make even a veteran expert upset for most everyone in this hobby never heard who Brandon Mysinger even is nor know why he is so crazy. DB, well by his own omission he is a nobody and Cyrkin can deal with this when the lawsuits start coming his way. This isn't what any successful business owner wants to do, expose corrupt things but this is ridiculous. Fortunately every single legitimate person, customer and expert has either emailed me or posted blog's in defense of me on Cyrkins site defending the truth. Of course not one single legitimate person or customer has backed any of this nonsense and lies spread across his site. This should speak volumes of who is telling the truth and who you should continue to put your trust in. Thank you for all the loyal support and for seeing imposters for what they are, fakes.
I am almost afraid to market some of the exciting things we are involved in. Once I do this it will certainly turn the imposters upside down with envy and jealousy. I promoted the excitement over a new magazine coming into the industry and the people who support lawbreakers come out in anger with lies and spins and they still have yet to see it, but are sure quick to pass judgement. WOW! There is a saying; "I will quit telling the truth about you when you quit lying about me." Well folks, I believe this will eventually be settled in court and I cannot wait!
It's interesting to note that just a few supporters of 3rd party authentication enjoy trashing me but ironically they should know that some of my most active weekly supporters are those whose names one can find listed at the bottom of 3rd party COA's.
